  Can I come pick up the goods?
   
    For security reasons, no. Although we stock everything locally in Sydney, our warehouse keeps high value items and is not attended by customer service staff, so we strictly cannot offer local pickup as an option.  
  Do you offer general installation services?
   
    We sure do! We cover the entire Sydney area, and we offer on-site professional and licensed installation. Our installers all have over 10 years experience, and they will never take shortcuts with their work.  
 

How fast do products ship out?

   
   

Once payment is received, we ship out the very next morning.

 
  How long does delivery take?
   
   

For all regular shipping, we used Australia Post and ship Registered Post for your security and ours. This delivery method takes anywhere between 1 and 6 days, within Australia.

We also offer express shipping (Overnight), for an extra $5.

 
 

What payment methods are accepted?

   
   

We accept all major credit cards through Paypal. We also accept direct bank transfer.

If you’d like to pay using bank transfer, please proceed through the Checkout system as usual, and there will be an option for bank transfer. Please note that payment must be received within 3 working days – else the order will be cancelled. A good idea to expedite shipping is to send an email to harry@sydneyinstallers.com.au and let Harry know you’ve made a bank transfer payment, so we can get ready to ship on the same day payment clears.

 
 

What is your return policy?

   
   

If product is DOA (Dead or faulty on Arrival), please ship it back within 7 days from receiving it. You must first contact us at returns@sydneyinstallers.com.au prior to returning anything.

If product is within warranty, please send an email to returns@sydneyinstallers.com.au to get an OK from us (along with a Return No.) before shipping back to us. Once we receive the product, we will test it for faults. If it is found faulty, we will replace it with a new one. If it is found not faulty, we will refund your money, minus a 10% restocking fee.

If you installed the product yourself, and we find signs of damage caused by your installation, we will accept the return and refund you minus the cost of fixing the damage.

 
 

What is your warranty policy?

   
   

For all products, we offer at least 1 year warranty (return to us). For certain products (e.g. Parrot Car-kits), there is a longer manufacturer warranty attached to it, for up to 3 years.

Depending on the product, some will need to be sent back to us, and others need to be sent directly to the brand’s distributor. Rest assured, if you encounter problems / delay in the process of returning something for repair / replacement, we will be glad to push things through on your behalf.
