We are committed to fast and painless shipping. All paid-for orders are despatched on the morning after, via Registered Post.
Shipping via Registered post usually takes 2-3 days within Australia (major cities included), but can take up to 7 days as stated by Auspost. From our experience, most orders arrive to the customer within 3 days, even if you live in a rural town.
If you paid for Express postage, it should reach you in 1 day from despatch.
What if my parcel gets lost?
If your parcel does not arrive within the maximum timeframes as stated above, please let us know via email immediately and we will vigorously chase this up for you. Unfortunately, Auspost does make mistakes from time to time, that’s why we ship everything via Registered Post.
If your parcel does get lost at no fault of your own, (e.g. if you instructed the delivery man to leave stuff on your doorstep, then the following does not apply) we will foot the bill and send you a replacement at no charge.
International orders
We do welcome international orders. If your delivery address is outside of Australia, please ask us first before placing an order. We ship to major countries including the UK, USA, Japan, HK, China and most European countries. There are certain countries we can’t ship to, due to difficulty getting through customs, or bad experiences in the past.
Before placing an international order, you must send an email to orders@sydneyinstallers.com.au for a shipping quote. Shipping costs differ depending on which country the delivery address is in.
